PRIORITY MAIL TYPE

· Priority mail to Italy with tracking online and free delivery report

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

J+0 if the priority letter order is processed through the software by 2:30 PM everyday (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included), the mailing service occurs on the day of your order.
J+1 if the priority letter order is processed through the software after 2.30 PM, the mailing service occurs on the following working day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included). 

Example: if a priority letter is loaded on our system by 2.30 PM everyday (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included), it is printed, sealed and sent on the same day; if it is loaded after 2.30 PM, it is processed on the following day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included); 

Italian holidays include the following days: 

1st January (New Year’s Day), 6th January (Epiphany), Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April (Italy's Liberation Day), 1st May (Workers' Day), 2nd June (Republic Day), 15th August (Ferragosto/Assumption Day), 1st November (All Saints' Day), 8th December (Immaculate Conception), 25th December (Christmas), 26th December (Saint Stephen's Day). 

DELIVERY SERVICE AND DELIVERY TIMES

You can track your mail status online; the service is provided by SailPost and Poste Italiane and the responsibility, guarantee, transparency of the delivery times, as well as the responsibility of the postal service provided, are guaranteed by the SailPost Charter of Services and by the Poste Italian Charter of Quality.

Note well: with the Poste Italiane postal service, both online tracking and delivery report are not available for the letters sent to PO Boxes or if the addressee has requested specific delivery services such as Hold Mail or Follow me Service.

The time needed to deliver priority national mail anywhere in Italy is maximum 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not included), besides the time needed to process the order, for 95% of the cases.
